摘 要:目的观察牛磺酸对大鼠精氨酸加压素和学习记忆行为的作用。方法以推挽灌流法对大鼠下丘脑室旁核灌流不同浓度(0.04、0.4、4mmol/l)牛磺酸,用放射免疫法测定其挽出液内精氨酸加压素的含量;再用跳台法观察动物学习记忆行为的变化。结果0.04mmol/l牛磺酸组挽出液内加压素含量增加,动物学习成绩提高;0.4~4mmol/l组加压素含量降低,动物记忆能力增强。结论低浓度牛磺酸可促进加压素释放有助于学习;高浓度则使加压素含量减少,可能与室旁核储存或合成加压素增多有关,故有助于记忆。objecive To study the effects of taurine on the release of arginine vasopressin (AVP) and the learning and memory behaviors in rats. Methods The paraventricular nucleus (PVN)in the hypothelamus of rats was perfused with taurine of varied concentrations (0.04 mmol/L, 0.4 mmol/L and 4.0 mmol/L) by means of push-pull perfusion. The AVP content in pull-out fluid was determined by AVP radioimmunoassay(AVP-RIA). The learning and memory behaviors of the rat were evaluated by step-down test. Results The AVP content in pull-out fluid was increased following 0.04 mmol/L taurine perfusion and the learning score of the animal was increased. Following the perfusion with 0.4 ̄4.0 mmol/L taurine, the AVP content was decreased and the animals memory became better. Conclusions Taurine can modulate the release of AVP from PVN. Lower concentration of taurine may promote the release of AVP and benefit learning. Higher concentration of it may decrease the content of AVP in the perfusate but helps memory, which is related to the possibility that taurine might stimulate the storage or synthesis of AVP in PVN. These results provide some experimental evidence to support the development of taurine as an intelligence-enhancing nutrient.
