抗生素联合中药外敷治疗早期急性化脓性腮腺炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察抗生素联合中药外敷治疗早期急性化脓性腮腺炎的临床疗效。方法:136例早期急性化脓性腮腺炎患者,单盲法随机分为2组。试验组采用中药金黄散油膏外敷腮腺病变区域,同时口服阿莫西林胶囊和甲硝唑片治疗;对照组仅口服阿莫西林胶囊和甲硝唑片。记录两组的临床病程变化和疗效评价,应用EXCEL 2003和SAS6.12软件对资料进行统计学处理。结果:疗效比较,治疗组显效例数明显比对照组多,经Ridit分析,U=4.967,P<0.01,两组差别具有高度显著性。结论:中药金黄散油膏外敷,联合全身使用抗生素,治疗早期急性化脓性腮腺炎,可缩短病程,有效控制炎症,防止炎症扩散,值得临床推广。Objective： To observe the curative effects of antibiotics combined with external application of Chinese traditional medicine jinhuangsan in treating acute suppurative parotitis in its early stages. Methods： 136 patients with acute suppurative parotitis in early stages were randomly divided into two groups. In test group, jinhuangsan was applied externally on the pathological side of parotid, and at the same time amoxicillin capsules and metronidazole tablet were taken orally. While in the control group, patients were only treated with amoxicillin capsules and metronidazole tablet. The clinical course of diseases healing and the curative effects were registered. EXCEL 2003 and SAS 6.12 were applied for statis- tical analysis. Results： After treatment, the efficacious cases in the test group were significantly higher than the control group （ridit analysis, U=4.967, P〈0.01）, Conclusion： External application of jinhuangsan combined with antibiotics can shorten the course of healing, control and prevent the diffusion of inflammation, and should be generalized on the treatment of acute suppurative parotitis in early stages cases.
