不同水解血粉对反刍动物瘤胃消化代谢的影响

摘  要:选取5只装有永久性瘤胃瘘管及十二指肠瘘管的绵羊,整个实验期间饲喂相同的基础日粮。整个研究共分三期:依次向基础日粮中添加干血粉、酶解血粉和酸解血粉,其添加量都为精料的8%。同时采集瘤胃液和十二指肠食糜,研究其对绵羊瘤胃消化代谢的影响。结果表明:和对照组相比,酶解血粉显著提高了瘤胃的肽含量和菌体蛋白的产量(P<0.05);酸解血粉显著提高了瘤胃氨氮浓度(P<0.05)。由此说明,酶解血粉能够改善瘤胃的蛋白质降解,提高肽的吸收和菌体蛋白产量。Five male mature Merino sheep , fitted with permanent cannula in the rumen, T- type cannula at the proximal duodenum , were fed with the same basal diet. Three periods were designed , adding 8 % (blood meal / beneficiated burden material)different treatment blood meal (dry blood meal acidolysis blood meal enzymolysis blood meal) into basal diet in the different period . In order to study effects of the different blood meal on digestion and metabolism in rumen . The results showed that content of peptide and yield of MCP were significantly increased by enzymolysis blood meal(P〈 0.05). Content of NH3 - N were significantly increased by acidolysis blood meal(P〈0.05). According to thus , it was concluded that enzymolysis blood meal can improve degradation of protein in rumen, increase yield of MCP.
