摘　　要：提出了农用棘轮减速装置更适合农用机械减速的传动方案,通过对装置内基本构件的运动分析,阐述了调速方法、曲柄摇杆结构的初步确定方法及初步的受力分析。最后通过实例对比分析,体现了该方案在调速减速、结构尺寸、成本等方面的优越性。A new transmission plan in which the ratchet reducer is more suitable for the speed reduce of the agricultural machinery is put forward, through the kinematics analysis of the basic elements in the device, the adjustable-speed method, the determined method of the structure of the crank and rocker, and the stress analysis are explained, Finally, by some examples, the superiority of the transmission plan in the cost, structure, size and adjustable-speed are displayed.
