摘　　要：目的探讨家庭护理干预对激光治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变患者预后效果的影响。方法将80例激光治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变患者随机分为观察组与对照组各40例。观察组针对疾病的诱发因素给予家庭干预,对照组给予常规术后护理指导。分别于术后3、6、12个月进行健康调查评估,并比较2组患者术后疗效及复发率情况。结果观察组的健康状况显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。激光治疗疗效的维持程度明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。复发率观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论家庭干预对激光治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变患者术后健康状况、疗效有良好的促进作用,有效地降低了中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的复发,是改善患者预后生活质量的有效方法。Objective To study the influence of family intervention on the effects of postopera- tive patients with central serous chorioretionpathy when by laser therapy. Methods Divided 80 patients with central serous chorioretionpathy into the observation group and the control group randomly, there were 40 cases in each group. The family intervention was used in the observation group, while the routine nursing cares were used in the control group. Compared the postoperative effects between the two groups. Results All the indexes which had observed in the two groups were better in the observation group than those of in the control group, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Family intervention can effective improve the postoperative effects of patients with central serous chorioretionpathy, decreased the recurrence rate, and then ameliorate the patients＇ quality of life.
