论跨国公司海外R&D投资与技术扩散效应

摘　　要：面对日渐加剧的科技竞争压力、研发投入的高风险特征、复杂的国际市场环境和高昂的人力资本,跨国公司纷纷在海外设立R&D机构,加强各自的竞争力。这些研发机构在与东道国厂商之间的联系、集聚科技资源以及对国内企业的示范作用过程中,产生技术的扩散效应。对此,我们应该从加大知识产权保护、改善用人机制、增强国内企业的技术创新能力等方面来增加对技术扩散效应的吸收能力。Confronted with increasing scientific competition pressure, high stake of input of R＆D, complex environment of global market, and costly human capital, transnational corporations establish R＆D institutions overseas in order to strengthen their ability of competition. When these R＆D institutions keep contact with the companies in host countries, accumulate scientific resources, and give demonstration to domestic enterprises, they will have effect of technology infusion. Consequently, we can absorb from the technology infusion by means of reinforcing the protection for intellectual property, perfecting employment system, and improving the ability of technological innovation of the domestic enterprises.
