摘　　要：在阐明技术创新机制内涵的基础上,通过分析新时期国有企业技术创新的现状和原因,企业技术创新所面临严峻挑战有经济全球化,技术外包和R&D全球化,科技竞争力不足,进而提出了建立技术创新机制的对策思路。On the basis of expounding the mechanism intension of technological innovation, through analyzing the current situation and reason of technological innovation of state-owned enterprise of new period, Propose and set up technological innovation the countermeasure thoughts of mechanism and enumerate enterprise technological innovation severe challenge faced at present, such as economic globalization, R＆D globalization and shortage of technology competence.
