摘　　要：针对在激烈的市场竞争中,单独的一个企业难以应付所有的相关事务。采用虚拟集成的方式将多个企业组成了一个临时的、统一的实体,成为适应新的市场环境的有效的企业运作形式。由此提出虚拟企业战略伙伴的选择问题。拟对战略伙伴选择的因素进行分析并应用层次—灰度关联分析法对该问题进行建模分析。In view of the sharp competition in market, a single enterprise couldn＇t deal well with all the interrelated businesses. So we can organize several enterprises to find a new temporary and integrated business group, which can fit for the new market situation well. The article analyses the factors in the strategic partner selection and carries on modeling analysis of this question with level - grey related analytic method.
