摘　　要：文章在对企业知识管理系统建模方法论进行讨论的基础上,分析了知识管理理念中的“干中学”思想;对企业知识管理系统的系统学习意义、方案以及知识管理系统学习算法进行了广泛而深入的探讨,以指导企业知识管理的具体实施过程。In this paper, the methodology for enterprise knowledge management system （KMS） modeling is firstly discussed. And then, the theory of ＂learning by doing＂ of enterprise knowledge management （KM） is analyzed and introduced. Simultaneously, the function of systematic learning of KMS, its implementing scenario and measure, and KMS systematic learning algorithm are all conceived, deeply studied and put forward. All the work is expected to be helpful to enterprise knowledge management fulfilling process.
