摘　　要：政治文明是一个历史的过程,中国的社会主义政治文明建设离不开中国传统政治文化的影响;中国传统政治文化对政治文明建设既有积极影响又有消极制约。其制约主要表现为:伦理性的政治文化制约着社会主义政治意识的现代化,宗教性的政治文化制约着社会主义政治制度的科学化和民主化,自律性的政治文化制约着社会主义政治行为的法制化。Political civilization is a historic process. Socialism political civilization construction of China must be influenced by Chinese traditional political culture. The restricts of the latter on the former mainly are： ethical political culture hinders the modernization of socialism political consciousness; religious political culture hinders the scientification and de mocratization of socialism political system; self-restraint political culture hinders the legalization of socialism political activity.
