摘　　要：按照“以人为本,紧贴教学,3A目标,系统运作”的思路,牢固树立“一切为了学生,一切为了学习”的服务宗旨,用服务的理念统领各项工作,面向学生、面向教师、面向系统,从教学资源、远程学习环境、导学服务、技术服务、系统服务等方面积极开展教学支持服务工作,努力营造能够让开放教育学生在ANY TIME,ANY WHERE,ANY WAY(任何时间,任何地点,任何方式)自主学习的环境,初步建成了与现代远程教育教学相适应的教学支持服务系统。With the idea of ＂humanist, tightly close to teaching, three A goals, systematic operation＂, our TV university has firmly set up the service objective aiming at ＂all for learners, all for learning＂, takes all the work under the guidance of the notion of service, facing the student, facing the teacher, and facing the system, actively carries out the service work to support teaching from the aspects of teaching resources, distance learning environment, tutorial service, technical service, systematic service, etc. , diligently creates an environment favorable for the student＇s autonomous learning at any time, at any place, and in any way（ANY TIME, ANY WHERE, ANY WAY, 3A） under open education, and has preliminarily constructed the teaching support service system adapting to modern distance education and teaching.
