摘　　要：针对现代教育思潮的深刻演变,阐释了终身教育体系的内涵和基本特征,提出要牢固确立终身教育的现代教育理念。同时结合高等教育教学实践,提出了高等教育在构建终身教育体系中的策略,努力培养复合型人才、敏捷型人才、深刻性人才,实现理论素质、学科知识、职业技能的和谐统一。In view of the profound evolution of modern educational trend of thought, this article elaborates on the connotation and characteristics of lifelong education and promotes the modern educational theory of strengthening lifelong education. Combined with the practice of higher education, it puts forward the strate- gies of higher education in constructing the lifelong education system and striving for cultivating comt）lex talents, quick- witted talents, and profound talents in order to achieve the hamlonious unity of theoretical quality, professional knowledge, and occupational skills.
