综合性安全措施在老年心血管疾病患者开髓治疗中的作用

摘　　要：目的观察综合性安全措施对老年心血管疾病患者开髓治疗的效果。方法对86例老年心血管疾病患者开髓治疗时采取综合性安全措施,分为措施组和对照组。措施组给予综合性安全措施。结果措施组在麻醉、开髓治疗过程中有12例次(14%)比术前血压明显升高(收缩压高于≥30mmHg和/或舒张压≥20mmHg),发生心电图改变有7例次(8．1%)；对照组有26例次(30．2%)比术前血压明显升高,16例次(18．6%)发生心电图改变,经统计学处理,P＜0．05。有显著性差异。结论综合性安全措施对老年心血管疾病患者开髓治疗是有效的。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficiency of the safety strategy on the patients with cardiovascular disorders during opening of pulp chamber therapy. Methods Eighty - six aged patients with cardiovascular disorders were included and were randomly divided into two groups. The test group was treated with medicine combined with the strategy during opening of pulp chamber therapy. Results There was significant difference of the incidence of the abnormal increase of blood pressure and abnormal ECG during opening of pulp chamber therapy between the test and control group （ P 〈0.05）, which was 14 % and 30.2 % for the percentage of blood pressure abnormal and 8, 1% and 18.6% for the percentage of the ECG abnormal respectively. Conclusion The combined safety strategy is effective for the patients with cardiovascular disorders during opening of pulp chamber therapy.
