摘  要:选用棕刚玉粉及滑石粉为耐火填料,以硅溶胶及糊精为复合粘结剂,以钠基膨润土和羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)为复合悬浮剂,通过正交试验方法确定了最佳配方。试验表明,该涂料可用于消失模铸造铜锌合金件、碳钢件,而且成本低廉,实用性强,具有良好的推广价值。Taking the brown alumina powder and French chalk as the refractory, the silicasol and dextrin as the composite binder, the western bentonite and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) as the composite suspension agent, the optimum mixing ratio of the water-based coating was established by the method of orthogonal experiments. The experimental results show that the water-based coating is applied to lost foam casting of the carbon steel and copper zinc alloy, and has lower lost, higher practicability and better promotion value.
