摘　　要：运用文献资料、问卷调查等研究方法,对上海单科性院校毕业生择业价值取向现状进行了调查与分析。结果表明:现阶段上海单科性院校毕业生择业时存在“乐观与茫然并存,求稳、务实、注重个人实际利益,专业对口就业观念出现分化”等价值取向。提出进一步加大教育改革力度,增强毕业生社会适应性,加强对毕业生择业形式、政策和择业观教育,切实做好大学生择业心理健康教育和辅导工作等建议。The research methods of literature, questionnaire etc. were applied to analyzing the status quo of occupation-selecting value orientation of the graduates from the single-science universities and colleges in Shanghai. The results indicate that at the present stage, the occupational selection of the graduates from Shanghai single- science universities and colleges is influenced by such value orientation factors as： coexistence of optimism and blank, seeking safety, following reality, attaching importance to personal practical interests, the split of the concept of taking up occupations in line with their professional training, etc. It put forward the following suggestions： further increasing the dynamics of educational reform, improving the graduates＇ adaptability to society, strengthening the education to the graduates in occupation-selecting form, policy and outlook, really doing a good job of mental health education and coaching to university students＇ occupational selection and so forth.
