摘 要:目的:以复方香黄巴布膏中醋酸辛酯、β-榄香烯和冰片为检测指标,研究不同浓度氮酮对该制剂体外透皮的影响。方法:利用Frans改良扩散池进行体外透皮试验,GC法测定透皮接受液中三种成分。结果:不同浓度氮酮对三种成分均有促渗作用,浓度为0、1、3和5时的加权渗透速率常数分别为0.921,2.381,3.585和2.304g.cm2/h。结论:氮酮浓度为3时促渗效果最佳,为该制剂的深入研究提供了初步依据。AIM : To study the effects of azone at different concentration on transdermal absorption of Compound Xianghuang Cataplasm, in which acetic octyl ester, β-elemene and bomeol were determined. METHODS: Using Frans diffusion cell to conduct experiment in vitro, the three components were analyzed by GC. RESULTS: Azone at different concentration could promote the permeability of the three components, weighted penetration number were 0.921, 2. 381, 3. 585 and 2. 304 g · cm^2 · h^-1 at azone concentration of 0% , 1% , 3% and 5% respectively. CONCLUSION: 3% azone has best permeation-enhancing effect, the results are the basis for the future research on Compound Xianghuang Cataplasm.
