喉癌组织中p14ARF蛋白表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的研究细胞周期抑制蛋白p14ARF在喉癌组织中的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组织化学S-P方法检测68例喉癌组织标本中p14ARF蛋白的表达,同时以20例喉部正常粘膜组织作对照。结果正常喉部粘膜组织中p14ARF的表达率为90%,喉癌组织中p14ARF的表达率为40.18%(P<0.01);在喉癌组织中其表达与喉癌的病理分级密切相关,中、低分化的喉癌组织其p14ARF表达明显低于高分化喉癌组织,其表达随T分期的增加而降低。结论喉癌组织中p14ARF蛋白表达具有明显的组织病理学特征,抑癌基因p14ARF在喉癌的进展中可能具有重要作用。Objective:To study the expression and clinical significances of cell cycle control protein p14ARF in human laryngeal carcinoma.Methods:The expression of p14ARF was confirmed in 68 cases of laryngeal carcinoma by s-p immunohistochemical methods,and 20 cases of normal tissues laryngeal were chosen as control.Results:The positive rates of p14ARF in normal laryngeal tissues and laryngeal carcinoma were 90% and 40.17% respectively (P<0.01).Significant correlation was detected between the expression of p14ARF and the pathological grade of laryngeal carcinoma,the expression 0f p14ARF in the low-differentiation was lower than that in the high differentiation laryngeal carcinoma,and it decreased with the in crease od tissue-stabe.Conclusion:The expression of p14ARF protein in laryngeal carcinoma is correlated significantly with clinical stage and pathological grade.The tumor suppressor gene p14ARF is closely related to the occurrence and development of laryngeal carcioma.
