高等教育的社会批判功能在英语教学中的体现

摘　　要：社会批判功能在英语教学中的实现关系到教师自身素质的提高,也涉及国家的未来——学生的今后发展。英语教学活动不仅仅是把语言知识看做交流的工具来传递,更重要的是,通过语言知识的传递,训练学生的哲学思维,提升精神境界,真正贯彻素质教育,实现学生的全面发展。The essay thinks higher education must stick to its social critical function. The essay now the social critical function is realized in English probes teaching. This topic is closely related to the improvement of the teachers＇ quality and the country＇ s future -students＇ development. The author thinks English teaching can not only regard knowledge as the tool to reform the world ,but also can train students＇ philosophical thinking and refine their spiritual world.
