摘　　要：建立了二极管阵列检测器测定不同蜜源新鲜蜂王浆中10-羟基-2-癸烯酸（10-HDA）的反相高效液相色谱分析方法，色谱条件为色谱柱Nucleodur C18（4．6mm×Z50mm，5μm），流动相甲醇-水-磷酸（55：45：2，V／V），流速1．0ml／min,检测波长212nm，柱温25℃。10-HDA在1，384—12．456μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系（r=0．9999），加样平均回收率为99．6％。该方法简便、准确、重现性好、线性范围宽，适用于评价蜂王浆及其产品的质量。Adetennination method of 10-hydroxy-2-decenoic acid in fresh royal jelly from different honey sources by reversed-phase high perfortrance liquid chromtograph was established and at the time the purity of 10-HDA peak was detected by means of Photodiode Array Detector （PAD）. The chrorrkatographic column, Nucleodur C18 （4.6mm×250 mm, 5μm）, methanol- water- phosphoric acid （55：45：2, V/V） mobile phase with 1.0 ml/min flow rate, the detected wavelength （212 nm）and the column temperature（25 ℃ ） were adopted. The calibration curve of 10-HDA was linear under the content of 1.384× 12.456μg, the correlation coefficient was over 0.9999.The average recovery of 10-HDA was 99.6 %. The method was simple, acctaate, reproducible and had wider linear range. The method can be adapted to evaluate the quality of royal jelly and preparation.
