摘　　要：高科技产业关系着我国国际竞争力的提高和可持续发展,“科技投资是战略性投资”,许多高新技术产业领域都急需要资金投入,高新技术企业融资难的问题依然存在,投入不足已经逐步成为影响和制约高新技术产业自主创新能力提升的瓶颈性因素,要促进我国高新技术产业的进一步大发展,必须构建发达健全的金融支持体系。High-tech industry is highly related to the promotion of China＇s international competence and sustainable development. But high-tech industry is facing the financing problem, and insufficient financial disposition has been a bottleneck of conditioning the improvement of independent innovation capability. Financial support system must be developed to promote the development of China＇s high-tech industry.
