摘  要:生物医学太赫兹(THz)成像是当前太赫兹电磁波研究的热点之一.为进一步了解太赫兹电磁波与生物介质的相互作用,本文用蒙特卡罗法(MCM)模拟了太赫兹脉冲(THz pulse)在生物介质中的传播.通过模拟计算,揭示了太赫兹脉冲在生物介质中的随机游走有效平均深度与脉冲反射点位置的关系.计算结果表明介质的漫反射几率(R)分布与散射系数(sμ)和各向异性因子(g)有关,其中g对R的影响更大.The terahertz pulse (THz pulse) propagation in biological tissue is simulated by Monte Carlo method (MCM) for the purpose of further study of the interaction between the THz radiation and biological tissue. The migratory route of THz pulse in the tissue is presented. Examination of these results reveals that the mean incident depth (z) has some relationship with the eye point of the pulse. Also those distribution curves of diffuse reflectance (R) got in the simulation indicate that the distribution of diffuse reflectance (R) has close relationship with the coefficient of scattering (μs) and the anisotropy parameters (g). Overall, these results suggest that it may indeed be possible to determine the dielectric properties of biological tissue directly from the shape of the radial reflectance curve.
