摘　　要：从企业动态能力的四个构成维度入手,分析了企业动态能力的五个能力特征,以动态能力四个构成维度的创新为基础对我国企业动态能力的培育与再造问题进行了探讨,为动态能力理论的研究和应用提供了一个新的视角。This article analyzes the four dimensions of dynamic capability firstly, presents the five characters of dynamic capability, then discuses the cultivating and rebuilding the dynamic capability of domestic enterprise based on the innovation of dynamic capability＇s four dimensions, and affords the new views of dynamic capability＇s research and practice.
