摘  要:将鲁桑系二倍体桑品种桐乡青用秋水仙碱诱导成四倍体,以此为母本与广东桑二倍体伦教109号为父本杂交育成人工三倍体品种丰田2号。与二倍体桑品种荷叶白相比,其单位面积产叶量提高36.9%;桑叶养蚕的万蚕茧层量提高10.8%,种茧育单蛾良卵数提高18.3%;中抗桑疫病,农艺性状好,表现出优良三倍体优质高产的典型特性。A tetraploid variety, Tongxiangqing 4×, was induced from diploid culivar, Tongxiangqing (M.multicaulis L.)2×, with colchicine solution. A mulberry artificial triploid variety, Fengtian No.2 (M.multicaulis L.), was bred by crossing between the female Tongxiangqing 4× and the male diploid cultivar, Lunjiao No.109 (M.atropurpurea K.) 2×. The Fengtian No.2 showed the typical characters of mulberry triploid, which gave the high leaf yield, good leaf quality, moderate resistance to bacteria blight and other fine agronomical characteristics. Compared with Heyebai, the standard cultivar, leaf production of Fengtian No.2 increased by 36.9%, cocoon shell yield per 10 000 larvae increased by 10.8% for cocoon production crop and good egg yield per mother moth increased by 18.3% for egg production crop when sikworms were fed on the leaves of the variety.
