摘　　要：目的探讨糖皮质激素诱导型TNF受体(glucocorticoid-induced tumor necrosis factor receptor,GITR)抗体对L615白血病(T淋巴细胞来源白血病)的抑制效应及其作用机制。方法以L615小鼠建立白血病模型,分3个实验组和1个阴性对照组,观察实验小鼠生存状态及时间,检测外周血白细胞计数及分类,外周血和骨髓中白血病细胞形态变化,肝脾指数,肝脾组织病理改变。结果GITR抗体使用组能延长L615白血病小鼠的生存时间,可引起骨髓中白血病细胞发生凋亡、坏死,肝脾指数降低。结论通过免疫调节机制GITR抗体能够有效地抑制L615白血病细胞的增殖,进而抑制白血病的发展。Objective To investigate the effect and the mechanism of GITR-antibody（glucocorticoid-induced tumor necrosis factor receptor-ligand antibody）on the L615 mice leukemia model（origing from the T lymphcyte）, Methods The established leukemia mice model was separated into 4 experimental groups, the negative comparison groups also included. The survival time, leukocyte count in the peripheal blood,liver and spleen index, pathological study of the liver, spleen and the apoptosis were obsevered, Results GITR-ligand prolonged the survival time of the model mice, led the putrescence and apoptosis of the leukemia cells in the bone marrow,decreased the index of the liver and the spleen,decreased and mitigated the obvious increase of the leukocyte in the periph- eal blood induced by the leukemia cells and the unregular swell of the liver and the spleen, Conclusion Through the mechanism of the immunoregulation,the GITR-antibody can inhibit the L615 leukemic cells effectively,and then it can inhibit the progress of the leukemia in some degrees.
