摘　　要：教育爱是一切教育活动成功的坚实基础,是现代大学的核心理念。高校要落实以人为本的理念,就要以爱为核心,热爱教师职业是“教育爱”的前提,尊重理解学生是“教育爱”的基础,热情鼓励学生是“教育爱”的手段,关心爱护学生是“教育爱”的表现,严格要求学生是“教育爱”的关键。Education love is the solid foundation for the success of every education activity as well as the core coneeption for modem universities . If the humanism conception is tended to be implemented as the core in education. The core of love can be concretely fulfilled as follows： deeply loving teacher vocation is the precondition, respecting and understanding students ——he foundation, warmly encouraging students——the appearance, requiring student strictly is the key element for ＂Education Love＂.
