摘　　要：本文以当前医学发展的全景为视野,从医学伦理学基础理论、构建和谐社会、公共卫生决策与高新技术在医学领域应用的角度出发,考察了医学伦理学的发展及其存在的问题,并提出医学伦理学研究亟需突破的两点思考。With the overall developments in current medical sciences as its background, this research paper investigates the developments of medical ethics as well as its problems, based on the basic theories of medical ethics, with the aim to build harmonious society, and to apply public health policies and high -technology to medical field. Therefore it put forward two viewpoints for medical ethics studies calling for breakthrough.
