低能量氦氖激光血管内照射疗法对急性脑梗塞患者血清免疫球蛋白含量的影响

摘　　要：选择发病后２ｈ至７ｄ内入院的急性脑梗塞患者３０例，依据入院翌日晨检测的血清免疫球蛋白含量分为低免疫球蛋白组和高免疫球蛋白组，并设立对照组。３组均仅接受低能量氦氖激光血管内照射治疗。疗程结束后复查ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＡ、ＩｇＭ，进行低能量激光治疗前后的比较。结果显示：低能量激光治疗前，与对照组相比，低免疫球蛋白组ＩｇＧ降低，高免疫球蛋白组ＩｇＧ升高，有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）；治疗前后各组相比，低免疫球蛋白组ＩｇＧ升高，高免疫球蛋白组ＩｇＧ降低，有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．００１），对照组治疗前后ＩｇＧ改变无统计学意义；低能量激光治疗后，低免疫球蛋白组ＩｇＧ高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５），高免疫球蛋白组ＩｇＧ和对照组相比无显著性差异。３组间ＩｇＡ、ＩｇＭ治疗前后均无统计学意义。本研究结果表明，低能量氦氖激光血管内照射疗法具有免疫调节功能，对进一步探讨急性脑血管病的危险因素及其治疗有积极意义。Thirty patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected and their immunoglobulins in serum were measured before and after ILIB therapy,According to the contents of the immunoglobulin compared with the group of normal contorl,the patients were divided into high immunoglobulin group and low immunoglobulin group.After treatment of ILIB,IgG in high immunoglobulin group decreased(P<0.01).IgG in low immunoglobulin group increased(P<0.01).This study showed that the ILIB therapy may regulate organism's immunoglobulin contents.It suggested that disorded of immune functions may be one of the risk factors for acute stroke.
