摘　　要：在稿源质量平庸的情况下,及时把握最新的学术研究动向和受众需求,开设特色栏目《专家论坛》,形成约上乘稿件—编辑加工—成品输出的高效互动。以特色栏目带动学报整体水平的提高,有利于提高学报对科技文化发展的推动作用。Under the condition that manuscripts are of poor quality, we set up a characteristic column 《Specialist Form》 in order to grasp the newest academic research trend and the request of the masses in time. We have already formed the efficient interaction within the mode of ordering the excellent manuscript-editing and processing- outputting finished product. Using the characteristic to improve the whole level of journal is beneficial to raise the journal＇s promoting function on the technological and cultural development.
