摘　　要：成釉细胞瘤是具有局部侵袭性和易复发的良性牙源性肿瘤。目前的研究发现,成釉细胞瘤的生物学行为与信号转导异常密切相关。作者从增殖失控、凋亡受阻、侵袭等3个方面,论述了成釉细胞瘤与信号转导异常之间的关系。Ameloblastoma is characterized by a benign but locally invasive behavior.Recent studies show that the abnormal signal transduction of the tumor cell is correlated to the biological behavior of ameloblastoma including the loss of control of cell proliferation,the block of cell apoptosis,the invasion of the tumor.This article focus on the relationship between the above abnormalities and the cell signal transduction.
