摘 要:目的了解婴幼儿时期发生的儿童眼性斜颈的病因、临床特征,探讨计算机辅助诊断对婴幼儿早期诊断的应用价值。方法对45例眼性斜颈患者进行回顾性的分析。运用计算机辅助的儿童斜视图像分析诊断技术,获取斜视患者的数码图像,分析其代偿头位,并对歪头试验以及九方位眼球运动检查情况进行记录,通过对获得的图像进行综合分析,判断垂直肌功能异常的类型,对眼性斜颈做出定性诊断。合并水平斜视的患者,同时应用计算机辅助定量诊断技术,分析得出水平斜视度数。结果研究发现,早期发生的眼性斜颈,多数都可以找到眼部原发病,以单纯上斜肌麻痹最为多见,最重要的阳性体征是歪头试验(Bielschowsky test)阳性结论采用计算机辅助的数码影像分析手段,有助于婴幼儿眼性斜视的早期诊断。并且可以通过手术获得良好的疗效。Purpose To investigate the development of ocular torticollis in infantile chihtren anti to explore the early diagnostic value by using eomputer-aided strabismus diagnosis technology. Methods The data of 45 cases with ocular torticollis were analyzed retrospectively. Using the method of computer-aided strabismus diagnosis technology, the 45 infantile patients were qualitative diagnosed through analyzing the graphs obtained. Results Most of the patients with ocular torticollis can be found to be connected with the primary affection. The most common affecting disease was SOP, in which the charateristic sign, Bielschowsky test is positive. Other diseases such as Dissociated Vertical Divergence (DVD) were also involved. All the patients were treated by surgery and 32 of 40 patients were cured by surgical treatment. Conclusion It is helpful in early diagnosis of ocular forticollis in infantile by using the Compute-aided digital analysis technology. (Chin J Ophthalmol and Otorhinolaryngology, 2006,6: 300 - 302)
