摘  要:目的:研究生长抑素类似物奥曲肽(OCT)对人结肠癌细胞株LOVO的体外抑制作用,并探讨奥曲肽与阿霉素是否具有协同作用。方法:不同浓度的OCT和阿霉素作用于体外培养的人结肠癌细胞LOVO;采用MTT比色分析法测定奥曲肽和阿霉素对细胞生长的调控。结果:OCT和阿霉素都抑制结肠癌细胞的生长,随着药物浓度的增高,抑制率也逐渐增高;在联合用药各组中,联合应用阿霉素和1.0#g/mlOCT组抑制率显著高于单纯用药组。结论:OCT可以抑制体外培养的人结肠癌细胞株LOVO的生长;OCT与阿霉素联用的抑制率明显高于单用阿霉素及OCT组。Objective To investigate the inhibitory effects of Octreotide(OCT) on the colonic carcinoma cell line LOVO's growth in vitro and its synergism with doxorubicin. Method Human colonic carcinoma cell LOVO cultured in vitro was treated with OCT combined with doxorubicin in different concentration and MTT assay was used to evaluate the cell proliferation. Results Both doxorubicin and OCT can inhibit the growth of LOVO cells, and with the increase of drug concentration, the inhibitory rate also increases gradually. Doxorubicin enhances the action of OCT, producing the inhibitory effect higher than doxorubicin or OCT alone. Condusion OCT can inhibit the growth of lovo cells. OCT and doxorubicin have synergism in action.
