摘  要:目的:分析颌面部骨折的原因及流行病学特征。方法:回顾性分析我院1993年 ̄2003年间1097例颌面部骨折发生的年龄,性别,原因,骨折部位及合并伤。结果:颌面部骨折的男女比例为4.38:1。21 ̄40岁为发病的高峰年龄,占全部颌面部骨折的62.86%。交通事故在颌面部骨折致伤原因中占57.52%,居于首位。颌骨损伤以多发骨折为主,人均骨折部位数为1.71个。骨折部位以下颌骨骨折最常见,其次为颧骨颧弓和上颌骨。颅脑损伤是颌面骨折最常见的合并伤。结论:交通事故是造成颌面部骨折的首要原因;颌面部骨折发生率及严重程度方面,男性高于女性,近年来,女性性颌面部损伤发生率及严重程度有上升的趋势;颌面部骨折好发于中轻年人,尤以21 ̄30岁为著;下颌骨是面部诸骨最易发生骨折的部位;多发伤,多处伤是颌面部骨折的一个特点。Objective To analyze the reason and epidemiologic feature of maxillofacial fractures. Method The age, sex, reason, fracture site and associated injury of 1097 cases of maxillofacial fractures in-hospitaled between 1993 and 2003 were analyzed retrospectively. Results Male/female ratio of maxiUofacial fractures is 4.38:1. The mvasive peak age is 21-40 years, and accounts for 62.86% of the whole maxiUofacial fractures The traffic accident injury accounts for 5752% ofmaxillofacial fractures and located the first place Multiple fracture is the majority ofmaxillofacial fracture and the average number of fracture site is 1.71. Fracture of mandible is most common, the next ones are zygomatic bone, zygomatic arch and maxilla. Craniocerebral injury is the most common associated injure. Conclusion Traffic accident injure is the principal reason of maxillofacial fracture. Male is higher than female in the aspects of the incidence and critical extent of maxillofacial fractures. Recently, there is an increasing tendency in maxillofacial fracture incidence and critical extent of female. Middle-aged and youngster are the peak age of maxillofacial fracture, especially during 21-30 ages. Fracture of mandible is most common in maxillofacial fracture and multiple fracture is the feature of maxillofacial fracture.
