摘　　要：从系统角度出发,阐述了中外信息素质教育在总体社会环境(包括国家的重视与国民的参与)和信息素质教育系统本身(包括施教者、受教者、教学内容、教学形式、教学手段与教学评价等)两方面存在的差异,并为发展我国的信息素质教育提出了相应一些思路。This paper detailedly discusses the differences in information hteracy education between China and some foreign countries. One difference is the social enviroments, the other difference is the information hteracy education system itself, such as the teachers, the students, the teaching contents, the teaching methods and teaching evaluation, and so on. At last, some suggestions are presented.
