摘　　要：针对我厂连铸机结晶器铜板使用寿命短、制约拉速提高的问题,从铜板材质、水槽尺寸、镀层以及铜板厚度方面对铜板进行了改造,提高了铜板使用寿命,节约了成本,为连铸机拉速提高创造了条件。Being directed against the problems of short service life,restricting pulling speed for the continuous caster crystallizer bronze plate,the bronze plate has been improved from material,water slot size,coating film and the thickness of bronze plate,which improves its service life,saves cost and creates the condition for heightening conticaster pulling speed.
