摘　　要：介绍了反馈控制方法在管理控制系统中的应用,陈述了反馈控制的特点,重点介绍了反馈控制的可能失误及其局限性,简单分析了前馈控制的特点和局限性,最后得到反馈控制和前馈控制的互补原则及这个原则在管理控制系统中的应用。The feedback control method is the common method in the systems science and the systems engineering. This paper introduces the feedback control method in the management control system application and the feedback control possible fault and the limitation in detail, and has made the corresponding analysis to the feedforward control performance, finally obtains the feedback control and the feedforward control complement principle in the management control system, through using the feedback control to improve the management control system.
