摘  要:硅太阳电池的应用日趋广泛,但昂贵的原材料成为其发展的瓶颈。薄膜太阳电池由于只需使用一层极薄的光电材料,材料使用非常少,并可使用软性衬底,应用弹性大,如果技术发展成熟,其市场面将相当宽阔。文章就迄今被人们广为关注的各类薄膜太阳电池,即非晶硅薄膜太阳电池、微(多)晶硅薄膜太阳电池、铜铟硒薄膜太阳电池、碲化镉薄膜太阳电池、染料敏化薄膜太阳电池和有机薄膜太阳电池的发展概况、技术难点和优缺点进行了论述。The application of the silicon solar cell becomes wider and wider nowadays, but its further development is bottlenecked by the high cost of the raw material, In the case of thin film solar cell, as only an extremely thin layer of photovoltaic material is needed, the amount of material consumed is very small, Moreover the possible adoption of soft substrate further increases its application elasticity, Its market scope will finally become considerably broad when the related technology becomes more mature, In this paper, the general condition of development, the related technical difficult points as well as the advantages and disadvantages of the widely concerned different kinds of thin film solar cells such as a- Si thin film solar cell, c-si thin film solar cell, poly-Si thin film solar cell, CuInSe thin film solar cell, CdTe thin film solar cell, DSSC and the organic thin film solar cell are described and discussed,
