摘  要:用悬浮液技术处理萝卜样品,将样品粉碎、过筛,制备成琼脂悬浮液。以La3+作为钙的释放剂,以氯化钠作为钾的消电离剂,建立了悬浮液技术-火焰原子发射光谱法快速测定萝卜中钙、钾的分析方法。对介质影响、试液与空白溶液粘度一致性及检出限进行了考察。测定结果的相对标准偏差小于1.8%,测定结果与灰化法一致,相对误差小于±1.9%,方法简便。The sample was treated with suspension technique. Turnip sample was crushed and sieved to make agar suspension. La^3+ was used as releasing agent and Nacl as deionization agent for potassium. An analytical method for rapid determination of calcium and potassium in turnip with suspension sampling-flame atomic emission spectrometry was developed. Identity of viscosity for test solution and its blank solution,and the effect of medium and detection limit were studied. RSD was less than 1.8%. The determination results of this method were consistent with those obtained through ashing method. The relative errors were less than ± 1.9%.
