摘　　要：目的:探讨CT引导下经皮肺穿刺对肺周围型肿块的诊断价值。方法:采用美国巴德公司生产自动弹簧装载活检针在CT定位下对500例肺部周围型肿块的穿刺活检。结果:500例均穿刺成功,阳性率为100%。其中肺癌384例、胸膜间皮瘤6例、转移癌47例;结核52例、肉芽肿样炎症6例、未能定论5例。结论:CT引导下经皮肺穿刺对诊断肺癌,尤其是周围型肺癌有重要价值:敏感性、特异性、准确性高,且较安全。Objective： To evaluate the diagnosis value of peripheral pulmonary nodules by CT- guided percutaneous pulmonary biopsy. Methods： A total of 500 cases of peripheral pulmonary nodules underwent US-made autospring gun CT-guided percutaneous pulmonary biopsy. Results： All operations were successful with tile sensitivity of 100%. Among them, there were 384 cases of lungeancer,6casesof mesothelioma,47 cases of metastatic carcinoma, 52 cases of tuberculosis, 6 cases of granuromatic and 5 cases undecided. Conclusion： CT-guided percutaneous pulmonary biopsy had a practical value for the diagnosis of lung cancer, particularly those with peripheral pulmonary nodules.
