摘 要:目的探讨一氧化氮(NO)、谷氨酸(Glut)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)在大面积脑梗死(LCI)患者和胸腺因子治疗下的变化。方法采用硝酸酶还原法、羟胺氧化法、OPA、Z-ME柱前衍生氨基酸HPLC检测法测定65例LCI加用胸腺因子治疗与62例不加用者入院第2天、第15天血清中NO、SOD、Glut的水平。另设30名健康人为正常组。并于入院第2天、第15天对两组LCI患者进行神经功能缺损评分(NDS)、日常生活质量评分(ADL)各1次。结果与正常组比较,观察和对照两组LCI患者入院第2天血清中NO、SOD、Glut的水平明显升高或降低(P<0.01);治疗后第15天血清中NO、SOD、Glut的水平,观察组较入院第2天明显降低或升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),对照组降低或升高不明显(P>0.05),观察组与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。入院第2天观察和对照两组NDS、ADL比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),入院第15天比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论LCI患者早期血清NO、Glut水平明显升高、SOD降低;胸腺因子可有效降低NO、Glut和升高SOD。Objective To explore the change of levels of nitre oxide (NO),superoxide dismutase(SOD), glutamate(Glut)in the treatmenting with thymic factor larger- area cerebral infaretion(LCI)).Methods 127 cases of LCI were divided into observation group (OG,65 cases)and control group (CG,62 cases);all the cases of OG were treated with thymic factor;30 health volunteers were selected as normal group(NG, 30cases).With nitrate reductase method,hydroxylaimine oxidation method and highperformance liquid chromatography (HPLC) respectively,the serum NO,SOD and Glut levels in OG and CG were measured on the 2nd and 15th day. Otherwise, neurological deficiency score (NDS) and Activity Daily Living,(ADL) were compared with that in OG and CG respectively.Results The serum NO,SOD and Glut levels of OG and CG were higher or lower than NG on the 2nd day after hospitalization(P〈0.01). The serum NO,SOD, Glut levels of OG on the 15th day were lower or higher than on the 2nd day after hospitalization, while that of CG were not significant in same condition (P〉0.05).The serum NO,SOD,Glut levels of OG and CG were markly different on the 15th day.ln addition,the NDS and ADL of OG and CG that on the 2nd day were not different,while its obvious difference were on the 15th day.Conclusion The serum NO,Glut levels were obvious higher and SOD were lower in early patients of LCI. Thymic factor could effectively decrease the serum NO, Glut levels and increase SOD level.
