摘 要:对平面弯曲型的三点弯曲试样,采用共振法研究并测定了两类Si_3N_4陶瓷的高温疲劳性能曲线。研究结果表明:所用陶瓷材料的高温疲劳数据位于两个极端,即:起始阶段就破断或超过指定寿命不破坏。经疲劳试验未破断的样品在高温下的弯曲强度明显地高于原始样品的高温弯曲强度。在有高温疲劳性能要求的陶瓷材料设计和评价领域,此项工作有指导性意义。By using resonance method on the three point bend specimen of the plane bending type, two types of Si_3N_4 fatigue cyclic curves on the high temperature were studied and determined. The study showed: the data on high temperature fatigue testing of ceramics lay in two potes, that is, break in the start or safe in the definated life. The high temperature bending strength of the specimen that passed fatigue testing is much higher than that of the specimen that is original. To design and evaluation on the high temperature fatigue behaviour of ceramics, it gives an ideal guide.
