摘  要:研究了离子硫氮碳共渗层硫化物组织形貌特点与相结构,探讨了其形成机理。结果表明:共渗层硫化物组织形态与相结构随处理气氛硫势变化而变化。在气氛硫势不太高时,硫化物层为以硫化物颗粒组成的疏松多层层状结构;内层硫化物为Fe_7S_8外层为Fe_(1-x)S,由内向外,颗粒变大;表面硫化物颗粒随硫势增高而变大。当硫势很高时,表面硫化物为粗大片状,与内层结合极差。The sulphide microstructure and phase structure of the plasma sulphur-nitrocarburised case were ana lysed. The formation mechanism for the sulphide was proposed. It was found that the sulphide structure changed with the change of the sulphur potential in the treating atmosphere. When the sulphur potential was not very high, sulphide layer was composed of many layers, which were composed of small sulphide particles. The inner layer's sulphides were Fe_7S_8, the outer layer's sulphides were Fe_(1-x)S. And from the inner to the outer, the size of particles changed from small to large. The surface sulphide porticles became larger when the sulphur potential became higher. When the sulphur potential was very high, the surface sulphides were in the shape of coarse plate, which adhered very poorly to the inner layer.
