摘 要:建立了甲磺酸帕珠沙星中甲烷磺酸的离子色谱分析方法.选用亲水性的阴离子交换柱IonPac AS18作分析柱,在线淋洗液发生器产生的KOH为淋洗液,等度淋洗,电导检测,在10m in内完成甲烷磺酸分析.结果表明,在0.7—140mg.l-1范围内线性良好(r2=0.9998),样品峰面积的RSD为0.494%(n=7),回收率为107.2%.方法简便、快速、基体干扰小,可在甲磺酸帕珠沙星产品的检验中发挥重要作用.A analytical method for the determination of methanesulfonic acid (MSA) in pazufloxacin mesylate product was developed by ion chromatography (IC). The determination of MSA was achieved on hydrophilic ion exchange column IonPac AS18 with KOH as eluent, and the detection was performed by a conductivity detection mode. The calibration graph of peak area for MSA was linear in the large ranges. The recovery of added standard was 107.2%. RSD of the peak area of MSA was 0. 494% ( n = 7 ). The results indicated that the method was simple , rapid, accurate and sensitive for determination of MSA in the sample of pazufloxacin mesylate.
