摘　　要：产品创新平台是一种新兴的创新规划和管理工具,通过结构化的方式,针对企业所处内外部环境的巨大变化,对企业、产品和市场的进化与发展进行规律探索和预测。论述了基于自主创新的产品创新平台的内涵、构成及其相关问题;指出了自主创新产品创新平台为建立以企业为主体、市场为导向、产学研相结合的自主创新体系提供了框架模型,这对于贯彻自主创新的国家战略,转变经济增长方式,以及丰富产品创新管理理论体系都具有重要意义。In order to reply the immense internal and external environment changes of enterpnses, a new planning and management tool, product innovation platform, is used to explore and forecast the rule of enterprises, products and markets through a structure method. The connotation, composition and related issues of the product innovation platform based on independent innovation are discussed. It is pointed out that independent innovation oriented product innovation platform provides a frame model to establish an independent innovation system with enterprises as the principal part and markets as the guidance, which combines enterprises, universities and research institutes. It is of great importance to carry out independent innovation national strategy, transform the economy growth method and enrich product innovation management theories.
