摘　　要：目的研究单药苯巴比妥(PB)治疗癫(Epilepsy,EP)患者的血清免疫球蛋白含量变化。方法采用免疫比浊法测定48例单药PB抗癫治疗EP患者及30例健康对照组的血清免疫球蛋白含量。结果健康对照组IgAI、gGI、gM含量分别为2.00±0.441、2.80±2.011、.56±0.28(g/L),单药PB抗癫治疗EP患者IgA、IgGI、gM含量分别为1.08±0.69、14.33±2.66、1.44±0.22(g/L),EP患者组IgA含量低于健康对照组(P<0.01),IgG含量高于健康对照组(P<0.05),IgM含量与健康对照组没有显著差异(P>0.05)。结论单药苯巴比妥抗癫治疗EP患者IgA含量下降可能与服用苯巴比妥相关,而与病史长短及发作类型无明显相关(P>0.05)。Objective To study the effects of phenobarbital （PB） monotherapy on immunofunctions in patients with epilepsy by measuring the level of IgA,IgG,IgM . Methods Immuno nephelometery were used to measure the serum immunoglobulin in 48 patients with epilepsy who were treated with phenobarbital and the normal matched group. Results Serum IgA level were significantly lower than that in the normal matched group（P〈（0.01） ,IgG were higher in PB monotherapy group than that in the normal matched group（P〈（0.05）, no differences in serum IgM between PB monotherapy group and the normal matched group（P〉0.05）were found. Conclusion The Phenobarbital monotherapy may have immunological effects in some patients with epilepsy.
