肾上腺糖皮质激素治疗成人全身型重症肌无力21例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察肾上腺糖皮质激素治疗成人全身型重症肌无力(MG)的疗效、疗程及不良反应。方法对21例患者用大剂量激素递减法治疗。结果激素治疗有效率100%,激素起效时间:胸腺异常组迟于胸腺正常组(P<0.01);严重全身型迟于轻度全身型(P<0.01)。结论对未能用抗胆碱酯酶药及胸腺切除术得到良好控制的MG患者,可首选肾上腺糖皮质激素。Objective To observe the efficacy,course and side effects of adreno-corticosteroid therapy in adult patients with generalized myasthenia gravis（MG）. Methods Using large-dose steroids, and slowly tapering to the lowest maintainencedose, 21 patients were treated. Results Steroid was effective for 100% of the patients, In initiation of steroid effects, abnormal thymus group was later than normal thymus group（P〈0.01） ;severe generalized group was later than that of mild generalized group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Adreno-corticosteroid can be used as first line drug in patients that were poorly controlled by cholinesterase inhibitors and thymectomy.
