摘　　要：从分析创新人才基本特征入手,分析了实验室开放所面临的挑战,并就如何构建实验教学体系,提高开放实验效果,切实提高人才创新能力进行了探讨.通过湖南大学探索和实践,提出了继续推进实验室开放工作的重点.By analyzing the general characteristics of the innovative talents, to analyze the challenges faced by the laboratory and discuss how to structure the experimental teaching systems, enhance the experimental opening results and improve the innovative abilities of talents. Through the exploring and practice of Hunan University, the emphasis of continuing the laboratory opening is pointed out.
