On Authority Control over Dissertation and Thesis Bibliography

摘　　要：本文概述了学位论文书目规范控制的研究背景,介绍了国内外图书馆特别是美国国会图书馆和台湾“中央图书馆”学位论文规范控制工作现状,提出了中国国家图书馆学位论文书目规范控制的若干设想。文章指出,学位论文书目规范控制工作主要包括两方面内容:一是建立个人名称(主要是博士、硕士研究生和指导教师)、学位授予单位名称(团体名称)的规范记录;一是建立学科专业和研究领域名称以及关键词规范库。The article first summarizes the research background of authority control over dissertation and thesis bibliography, then introduces the practice of some libraries, especially that of the Library of Congress and the National Central Library Taiwan in the field, and finally submits some suggestions on the authority control in National Library of China. According to the author, the authority control over dissertation and thesis consists of the following two parts： the establishment of standard record of names of author/tutor and university or institute, and the establishment of standard data bank of subjects, field of research and key words.
