摘　　要：通过一例手术切除，光镜、电镜证实的Ａｓｋｉｎ瘤，结合文献复习，就其诊断标准，临床特征、鉴别诊断要点，治疗原则进行讨论。Askin tumor is belonged to the malignant neuroendocrine tumor of soft tissure which has been established in the recent year. It is rare in the clinical practice. It has a main predilection on the chest wall with an obvious tendency of local recurrence and metastasis. It resemble the neuroendocrine carcinoma from other sites of the body in morphology. immunohistochemistry and ultrastracture. It is difficult to diagnose this tumor. Based upon one case as verified by operation. light and electronmicroscope, the diagnosic standard、 the differential diagnosis. the therapeutic method and pathagenical feature are discussed and the literatures are reviewed.
