骨肉瘤中HLAⅠ类抗原表达的初步观察

摘　　要：检测并比较了ＨＬＡＩ类抗原（ＨＬＡ－Ａ、Ｂ位点）在２５例中国汉人典型骨肉瘤患者及２５０例健康汉人的表达频率，发现ＨＬＡ－Ｂ３５抗原在骨肉瘤组频率为０．４０，对照组为０．０４８，统计显示携带ＨＬＡ－Ｂ３５抗原的中国汉人骨肉瘤发病的相对风险率是不带此抗原者的１３．２２°倍（Ｐ＜０．０１）。此外，ＨＬＡ－Ｂ１３与骨肉瘤患者的不良预后相关，其相对风险率为１２．０４８倍（Ｐ＜０．０５），同时携带ＨＬＡ－Ｂ１３与ＨＬＡ－Ｂ３５抗原的患者，更表现出预后差的趋势。The frequencies of the expression of HLA class I(HLA-A、B)were tested in 25typical osteosarcoma patients,the results were compared with that of 250 healthy persons.They are all of Chinese Han nationalities.It was found that the frequency of HLA-B35 phenotype was 0.4°.in patient group,however,that was of 0.048 in the control group.The statistical result showed that the relative risk of suffering from osteosarcoma in Chinese Han nationality was of 13.22°times in persons who carry HLA-B35 than that of the patients without this antigen(P< 0.01).The relationship was found between HLA-B13 and the poor prognosis.The relative risk was 12.048(P<0.05).It was also showed that the patients who carry HLA-B13 and HLA-B35 at the same time have the tendency in poor prognosis.
