摘　　要：师资队伍建设对于高职院校而言,既是重点又是难点。本文简要分析了高职师资建设现状,并从学校规划、政府支持、校企联合等几个方面提出了若干思考。For the higher vocational colleges,the construction of teaching staff is not only an important but also a difficult point. The thesis analyses briefly the current situation of the construction of teaching staff in higher vocational colleges and raises several questions in terms of college planning,government support and the co-operation between college and enterprise.
